Great service and precision! While my first attempt with measurements wasn't far off when buying a tuxedo for my wedding, I wasn't entirely happy with the fit. After consulting with the proper cloth team, I decided to order a replacement rather than having the one I had already modified. I was within three weeks of the wedding so they were unable to guarantee it would arrive in time, but the team expedited the processing and delivery and managed to get it to us a two days before the wedding! Would buy from them again in a heartbeat.

The person that represents the company on the phoner is and actual person, imagine that. He took care of the issue asap and was very understanding about my concerns.

The customer service went above and beyond. I originally purchase a s130 wool suit. Unfortunately the wool did not travel well at all. Wrinkles were significant and wouldn't relax on the hanger or in a steamy bathroom. After about six months of occasional wear and my wife reminding me to contact proper cloth, I did. I was impressed, they offered to remake the suit in a “Traveler” material. It was a more robust blend, but looked sharp. It travels much better as long as you hang it when you get to the hotel.

I continue to order from them. Quality of the shirts are very good, the made to measure program is probably as close that you can get without in person measurements. I have tried other MTM companies online, some are fine, but PC has superior customer service, fit suggestions, and quality.

I am a customer since my visit in New York back in 2019 and have purchased more than 20 shirts ever since. Living in Europe, it is a bit more pricey for me, but i like the tailoring options, the convenience of their website, the impeccable service and the quality of their products. Over my last purchase during Black Friday, i discovered the minimum packaging options, which i can also recommend.
