Instructions worked. One of us had issue with device reading code but luckily had a tablet so that worked.

Easy to use with clear instructions. Such a great option and very economical especially with multiple family members. No appointment needed. Proof Of Entry was so fast and helpful even on a day when they were super busy!

We used them for our covid tests to go to USA. Must admit were somewhat nervous about using an online provider (seemingly based in the Netherlands), but it all worked smoothly - delivered on time, clear instructions, results in an hour (on Sat!) and no issues at immigration.

The service of ProofofEntry was fine the delivery of the product was not. The website says that product is delivered by FedEx it was actually shipped by a company called CanPar. The service was terrible! The delivery was five days past expected delivery time, they left the product outside of a closed office, and tracking said the package was signed for- it was not! we were lucky to have been able to collect the product before it was damaged as there is no return policy. Improve delivery service it this is a useless product if you don’t live in a major city.

Details were clear and the package was delivered promptly to our home.

Very efficient system - no issues entering the USA from Canada.

Arrived very quickly and very easy to use. Easier than switch health because a nurse doesn’t need to watch you do it. The kit worked fine to go down to USA from Canada but am unsure if it will work for return trip. Highly recommend.

The step by step instructions were well thought out and easy enough to follow. While the service promises results in one hour, we got them within a few minutes!

Had to reroute my shipping due to the delivery time, but the customer service didn't seem to want to help. They said I should use a different service and use their kit in a later time.

Also, they have NO REFUND policy, so watch out.

My student was doing the test before heading back to Brazil and by accident activated the QR code before she was ready to take the test. Next day, I contacted customer service and within an hour was able to get a new QR code and we were successfully able to do the test at the right time and she has now traveled back to Brazil with no issues.

I received my order promptly. Customer service reached out within a few minutes of me asking questions. I would highly recommend this to anyone travelling and needing fast and reliable service.

Excellent! Used to fly to the US perfect!

I was flying out on a Sunday and local testing was non existent, so after a google search I found Point of Entry and I couldn’t be happier! The tests arrived within a few days and I completed the test at home 24 hours before my flight. The instructions were clear and I received my confirmation of my negative results within an hour. I do not hesitate to recommend Point of Entry.

It worked flawlessly.
We even got the results faster than expected as we submitted our test information early in the morning before that stated busines hours yet the certificate came immediately.
