Pronto Direct great service, very happy customer

Pronto Direct provided a very professional, personal service. Thank you Matt for providing an amazing service. I purchased 8 aprons and added a logo using the printing service and the result was spectacular. Very happy customer I recommend this company. If you want high standards, quality and fast delivery. Pronto Direct to the rescue.

Highly Recommended

A smooth & easy transaction. I was pleased that the size of the product matched the size guide online. The company lived up to its name & my item was despatched & delivered 'pronto'. I can highly recommend this seller.

Not heavy duty

The wheelie bin liners were advertised as "heavy duty". At a guess I would say they are 40% of the thickness of the liners I used to buy at my local market but can no longer get.

Excellent service

Excellent service, item arrived in time. Only reason for missing a star was the cost of delivery, which was 4x the cost of the item!!

Still waiting on my order!

Ordered gloves on the 18th April 2023, still waiting.... EVRI seem to have lost my parcel. One email from customer service on the 27th then silence, despite sending another email asking for an update!
Why do companies still use EVRI (Hermes)? They may have changed their name but service is still poor!

I have recently ordered two womens…

I have recently ordered two womens gilets from prontodirect in different colours and I am very pleased with both of them. They are a great fit , design , colour, very good value for money, and too good to wear in the workplace! Your company website ordering and regular updates are easy to follow and my order was delivered without delay, thankyou.
