Very disappointed with this company and will not be back to use them again. The website claims "next working day delivery," so I ordered some footwear that was required urgently and paid an extra £7.95 for their "Premium Delivery.". Said footwear turned up after 2 days! No use to man nor beast. Then, to add injury insult to injury, I had to pay to return them as a) they were too small and b) I ended up having to source them elsewhere because the delivery was late. I got a poor excuse that they do not have free returns. Simple solution ... I will not use them again!

Ordered hi viz for required for work. Next working day (23/09/24). Didn't arrive.
Was told there was an issue at the warehouse. So I had to buy elsewhere, asked for a refund, was told I'd have to return the items to get said refund. 21days later still no delivery, but still being told I can't have a refund as they've now been shipped.
It's roughly a week since they said the items have been shipped and still no delivery has been received. Fortunately I purchased on my CCard so got a refund through them for the non existent delivery.
Pronto direct they are most definitely not. Empty platitudes and promises they certainly deliver.

Bought on the 7th of August. It’s now the 12 th and still no order. Definitely NOT same day shipping. Been mailing them and they just don’t answer.

Used Pronto Direct to provide personalised fleeces for my university football team. I had many comments on how good the quality of the fleeces were, this coupled with great customer service and extremely fast delivery (2 days for an order of 30+ units) make for an easy 5 STAR review. Definitely recommend.

Sent a cap that didn't match the website picture. After many emails including pictures of product on actual website page and the one received showing a totally different colour, and a frustrating phone call, was told you've got the correct item.This ended by me sending an email of complaint which has been ignored.

Great trousers second time I’ve used this company

Disappointing customer service. Got some workwear for Christmas which unfortunately was too small. Tried to return for a refund but company wouldn’t accept as it was outside of the 30 days return period. Technically they are correct but it’s short sighted and poor customer service in my view. Absolutely no reason why they couldn’t have accepted them back and just hiding behind T&Cs. Small businesses should realise that flexibility and goodwill is very important!

Blue Nitrate Powder Free Disposable Gloves size XL in Boxes of 100. Fantastic Price and excellent quality too. They dont tear when your putting them on like more expensive versions ive ordered from elsewear!!!. They also last ALL DAY (im not a mechanic 😉) which is brilliant. They arrived earlier than expected and were Well Packaged. This is my 2nd order of these gloves from Pronto Direct and will definately continue to use them. Highly recommended. Thanks guys.

I only received a part order for some squared notebooks.
Was promised the missing part of order would be delivered, this has not happened. Because of long wait had to order books elsewhere.
I did receive a refund from them so thanks for this.
