Poor customer service

Ordered online, didn't have the time to pick the order up which is supposedly shipped back after 10 days. When reaching out to customer service for a refund, got a very rude answer telling me that I was in charge of contacting the shop the order was delivered at to manage the issue. If the rule is that the order is automatically returned after 10 days, I shouldn't have to be chasing after my refund. Won't order again. Never got any answer from customer service.

Disgusted with the service - order hasn’t arrived

Disgusted with the service, site doesn’t work, my order claims to have shipped, week later no sign of it - no one is replying to me and there is no phone number. Disgusting way to treat customers and taking their money! Stay away. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

A negative star would be appropriate here. Ordered, paid, never received. tracking on the website says delivered, that is when the website decides to work.

customer service ignores emails, the only time they replied it was about their IT team trying to resolve issues with their website. their website is not my concern, but the fact that I didn't receive my order is, and it was never addressed!

The worst experience with customer…

The worst experience with customer service. I purchased and paid for my online order, never recieved it, but in my account it says "delivered". The tracking link never worked. Customer service today after weeks of waiting sent me a tacking link for a purchase I made last year! I am requesting my money back, but the customer service is ignoring my request saying "thank you for your patience". I am defenitely never going to shop there ever again.

Dreadful experience

I wish I’d read these reviews before I ordered. I’ve spent over £80 and have not received my order, despite Promod saying it’s been delivered. There’s no customer service and, like another reviewer, I couldn’t even review the product. When I tried to contact customer services it said the site was down. They said they accepted AMEX, but when I tried to pay with my card, they wouldn’t accept it, only VISA. Is this because we’ve got less protection that way. Really not happy at all. Just thrown away my money and can’t face the energy of trying to get it back!

Bad experince

Hi, I have ordered from Promod probably 8 times in total. In my last order 2015410516 I have ordered different items, and one item came with a defect. The linen tshirt has a very prominent hole on it. I have filled and sent a form on their site twice under La qualite - > Defectueux commande internet. No response after 13 days. I have tried to contact them via Instagram, and sent them a private message as well. Zero help, and they just ignored me. Now I can't even leave a review about their product on their site. They blocked this option for me. I also left a complain on signal.conso about this shop. Warning for international buyers: be prepared to be ignored by this shop, if there will be problems with your order.

Avoid at all cost or throw your money out the window

There is no customer service. No one is there, no one is answering. Not to mention the fact that they do not provide you with a tracking number. You can only follow your order on their website which is inherently flawed. My order has been marked as delivered for over 10 days now. I have not received anything. I have not heard anything from customer service despite my many emails. Avoid at all cost if your order is outside France. There is no dedicated customer service for international orders. There is no international help desk. Promod should stop opening their sales internationally and stick to France. I want a solution for my order and I am afraid I will never get one.

Store was promoting discounts on selected items which is fine until I picked a part of boots that had a small burnt mark asked if I could have a discount the employee said No the one boot would be collected for repair I could collect at a latter date to my surprise went to another store to find the same boots had a 50 percent discount at this point I left the store and left the boots this happened 952290 code postal

Rude and unhelpful.

I've been in Promod stores quite a few times and never had any issues with the service or quality. Ordering online, however, was a terrible experience. Not only did I receive a stained article, which granted happens to the best of us, but I had to reach out 3 times and initiate a dispute via my credit card to actually get someone to answer me, more than a month after I received the article and requested a solution - on the same day. The response was to go to a store (which defeats the purpose of ordering by the way) so they can decide by themselves if I made the stain myself or not - again, I had tried to get in touch and sent a picture of the stain immediately so I didn't love the fact that there was still a doubt on whether I caused it or not. Of course the store staff was embarrassed and told me they couldn't take back a pair of jeans with a stain more than a month after I received it, I even felt silly for asking, they didn't get my request and I didn't buy it there.
I've pretty much given up, and you'd think I'd be mad about not being able to get a refund or non stained jeans, but the treatment from the online customer service is what kills me here. They were so rude. I think the best part is when I asked them why they took more than a month to reply to me (obviously they only reached out because of the credit card dispute), and they said "you are not the only one to write to us". Righhhht, I wonder how other sellers do it then? Should I feel sad for Promod because it's so so sad they have so much customers and cannot keep up?
Bottomline, I apologise, dear Promod and lovely customer service worker Nicolas, for bothering you with the issue that you caused. Keep your 20 euros and this review as a souvenir.

I wish I had seen all the reviews here…

Update: Today is June 01 - I have not received my order and there has been no refund. The last I heard from the Promod's customer service was an email dated May 15 where they said they would try to get information from the carrier and inform me as soon as possible. Besides, they seem to have black-listed my phone number because I cannot now reach them if I call using my phone but get through if I use somebody else's phone.
I wish I had seen all the reviews here before placing my order, which was a month and a half ago, on April 19. I have never received the order, although the order status says it has been delivered. The Customer Service is hardly approachable and rather unhelpful. Highly not recommend ordering anything from this site!

Terrible, returned my return after following instructions

Great until I had to return something, then absolutely no Customer Service, unanswered emails, no contact on social media, didn't even respond to LinkedIn (even when I tried posting in French). I paid £11 to return two pairs of Jeans to France from UK, following Promod instructions, the parcel was declined despite going to the address they provided and returned all the way to the UK (how Green!). Never experienced anything like it and will never purchase again.
