DO NOT USE

Untrustworthy. UK based website but company based in Shang Hai. Really bad experience in getting a refund for an order that I didn't realise I'd placed (their website malfunctioned so I didn't pursue order, 2 weeks later an item arrived). Took two debits from my account and it has taken 2 months to finally get them back - one refund only partially. I'm still trying to get the balance refunded but they seemed to have stopped communicating with me. No telephone number - all done though email with a time difference. Stay clear.

This is not a trustworthy company

This is not a trustworthy company. I cancelled an order and was promised a full refund. 3 weeks later I still have nothing and my emails are being ignored. I have lost money and received terrible customer service. I would never use them again and cannot recommend anyone else does.
