It's a terrible company
It's a terrible company, my apartment project has been delayed by two years and now finally close to handover, the communications with Kundenbetreuung has been a nightmare.
They will not keep you informed or respond on anything - the only two type of email you can expect from them are 1) a request for payment and 2) notification of project delay. The handover process has been incredibly painful, I have bought the unit more than 3.5 years ago. I couldn't go through this again.
