Amazing weekend listening to Kevin Mc Donnell on No Money Down and Rent 2 Rent. He is so knowledgeable man, he’s an inspiration to do more in life. Loved it.

Attended Kevin McDonnell's No Money Down and Rent to Rent 3-day Masterclass last week; what an eye opener! I had no idea you could make money from properties without owning them, and buy them in so many creative ways using other people's money!

This course was brilliant, covering corporate lets, lease option, exchange with delayed completion, vendor finance, joint venture finance, private investor finance, assisted sales, tenant buyers and much more!

There was a lot to take in, in 3 days, but Kevin has a way of explaining these strategies that makes it easy to understand; we got a notebook and the presentation slides so we can review our learning; and with Kevin's Irish humour thrown in, there wasn't a dull moment!!!

The course isn't cheap, but I think it's value for money considering the tools I now have to build wealth through property. It was also a great opportunity to network and connect with likeminded people for support and potential collaboration.

Lunch is included, and there are two networking dinners as well.

There's so much more I could say about this course that's great - but suffice to say - if you're serious about building wealth through property then I'd highly recommend this course! Here's to financial freedom! :0)

Just finished the money making wealth summit with my friend. We travelled from Ireland & York. I only stumbled across Rob once on YouTube recently and one video was enough to make me book onto this 3 day event! No words can describe what value this event holds. I can honestly say the speakers he had to teach us ‘information’ WE ALL NEED!!! were top in their field. Ryan had a very personal touch on stage he came alive. If you’re not taken in by his sincerity on stage you need to see a shrink! I felt he was always talking from a good place and genuinely wanted to share his success and failures in life. Rob is the exact same as his videos! Mad as ever but unreal at teaching what he knows. I could listen to the both of them talking forever. I was so inspired by all the information I’ve learned that my husband and I are going to attend the next money making summit. Rob If your reading this, you are one of a kind keep doing what your doing! Your story is inspiring and I love how authentic you are!its also very good that you employ local ppl and I can see your constantly trying to lift your staff to new levels too! You had just an infectious laugh!! Ryan, excellence always finds its own level, you shine when you speak about your passion. Your aura is so beautiful. You were born for speaking and changing lives. You also made me cry for being so raw! Thank you to you all!! And that Liverpool speaker has the most calming voice on stage. I can’t wait to learn how to public speak from her too! I am truly grateful for the effort you made to make sure we had the best in business teaching us!! Now I would normally have AI write my things but I am so impressed by you all that I wanted to personally write how wonderful and valuable my 3 days were!! Also going to see that cute stocks and shares guy in London! The information he shared about the stock ISA blew the room! Thank you to all the staff that made our 3 days extra special from warm smiles in the morning to laughs during the day! Thank you thank you thank you !

The trainers were knowledgeable, entertaining and engaging.

There were many creative strategies (covered in depth) to generate cashflow from property, not using your own money, even when you don't own your own property.

To be really honest i have been to many training companies i tried and tested them all they failed me and failed them, but i have been coming to Progressive since 2019 it s been a slow start for me and a positive journey for me with progressive we are a growing family, the most positive result are in me and myself, i just been told and been taught do things the progressive i just follow and implement them a bit like copy and paste yes just copy your leaders and nothing will go wrong if you don't get the first time as long as you believe in your self every thing you are thought it will work, trust in your self and your mentors and trainers things will work out don't give up. you give up you let many down including your self, that will the end of your Legacy

Absolute bombardment of emails and phone calls after i told them I wasn’t interested, unsubscribed and told them if I get anymore I will write a review and so here I am as yet another call and message left today! Awful sell tactics which border on harassment. Shame to get poor reviews if the actual event is useful but I wouldn’t know as I was out off beforehand

I was eager to book onto one of their courses as on the face of it they seem great, however after signing up for more details I have been bombarded with calls from their overly pushy and aggressive salesman Alessio, who always seems to call at the most inconvenient times and then proceeds to strongarm you into paying over the phone, despite giving the bare minimum details about what you're actually paying for. I can't speak for the course itself as I haven't tried it, and won't be after dealing with Alessio.

the people at progressive are warm, energetic and full of knowledge.

Kevin is one of one and super inspiring, as well as many other members in the community.
