We had a full renovation done by James and his team. They made a complete arse of the works. The project was 3 months late, 33% over budget and never completed. The project management by James was awful throughout. Cannot recommend enough that you stay well clear of this company.
Had a variety of work done by James and his team . Zero hassles , his attention to detail and thoroughness proved their worth and I had to worry about nothing . Build came in on time and within budget . Can’t fault it . Thank you , have made a great end to the year and good start to the new year !

James O'Rourke supplied and fitted a steel beam into a property in Berwick for me. As part of this work James did the structural calculations, took photos etc to submit the building control application to Northumberland Council for approval. For this work I was billed £790 plus then an additional £1,800 for the steel install.
Now that I have sold the property it has came to light that a building control application (£790 job) for the steel was never submitted by James, so was obviously never approved. James is not answering any of my emails or calls in regards to this.
This has resulted in the buyers pulling out of the sale of the property as they cannot get a mortgage without the correct certificates in place.
