I ordered this arrangement for my wife for our 45th wedding anniversary. I ordered this particular bouquet because it said it had hydrangeas in it. Hydrangeas are her favorite flower. Sadly, there... See more

The flowers were less than half of what I ordered. The delivery was timely I’ll give them that but when spending $80 you want it to look at least close to the picture. I spent extra to get the premium and it hardly looks like it could pass as a regular.

Simply put, what I ordered didn't even come close to meeting my expectations. When I emailed ProFlowers customer service, they offered a $20 refund on a $90 order. The refund wouldn't go through, as I had the card shut off because I lost it. They then offered me a gift card, which I stated I didn't want. Why? So I can get another disappointing order? On May 2nd, they said they have "forwarded my concern to a Senior Customer Service Manager" who would contact me PROMPTLY. Today is May 13th. I still haven't heard from the Senior Customer Service Manager. Needless to say, my opinion of ProFlowers is not good, and doubt very seriously I will ever order from them again. But I have received 25 promotional emails from them. I wish I could post pictures of the item I ordered, and the item I received. What my wife got for pur anniversary, I could have picked up at the grocery store floral department for $12.99.
Update: The Senior Customer Service Manager finally called.....his solution, ME calling my bank and request they reactivate my lost card so they can refund me the $20. What, so the someone who may have found my card can start using it? ProFlowers has my email...they COULD have sent me a digital Visa card. But their solution was for me to do the work.

I have had issues with them in the past and stopped ordering from them for a couple years for not delivering or the arrangements were not what I ordered.
This time I was in a hurry and thought maybe they had changed there ways so I figured I would give them a third chance but NOPE they delayed my order again daily for 4 days after the event happened....
Please do not order from Proflowers you will be very disappointed with them.
I will never order from them again. Three strikes and you're out!!!!

I had a very disappointing experience with this service. My order was delivered incorrectly at first, and I was told multiple times that a replacement would be sent as a priority delivery. I was also given repeated updates that it was “out for delivery,” but it never arrived when promised.
I had to open over 10 support chats over the same issue, and received conflicting information each time. Eventually I was offered a partial refund, but even that was not confirmed properly.
Overall, the communication was inconsistent and the order was not handled as promised. I would not rely on this service again for time-sensitive or important deliveries.

Flowers were very nice and came on time.
Last year I had another flower company cancel at the last minute.

Reply from Proflowers
the florist delivered a very sloppy bunch of flowers and on 2 separate occasion lied about already delivering them.

Flowers arrived bright but quickly wilted despite care. Disappointing.

The flowers were nice but I ordered a purple colored arrangement, because purple is my mom’s favorite color and it came with mostly pink flowers. UPDATE….proflowers reached out and gave me a credit which was really nice, great company.

The flowers were never delivered. I ended up calling three or four times and talking to Customer service. Very disappointed.

Delivery was extremely late, flowers were not up to standard as there were barely any flowers. Proflowers should consider not using that local flower shop. Proflowers customer service was great and helped provide refund.

My mothers day gift was never delivered, the customer service did nothing to make things right. All they did was "contact the florist" never offered to reorder the flowers or anything. I reached out 3-4 times and they kept saying the same thing. I paid extra to make sure they would get delivered either 5/9 or 5/10 and it never got delivered.

Order flowers early, paid extra for Saturday delivery and now it’s Wednesday, still no flowers. Giving it 2 stars because they are responding to emails but not providing any real information or solutions. Would not recommend, just order straight from local florist.

As other customers have reported, we experienced same. My boyfriend placed an order for Mother’s Day on Saturday, 5/9 and was charged $89 ($27.98 was for Shipping/Delivery - which they advertised as same day delivery.) He was notified 2 days after Mother’s Day that they were unable to fulfill the order and nothing had been sent much to our dismay. After contacting Customer Service, they were less than apologetic. They also would NOT waive the $27.98 fee and claimed it was a “service fee” - which I argued my receipt did not indicate. I was transferred 3 times, on the phone for an hour in total, and the end result was we couldn’t reach a satisfactory resolution. I asked for a full refund. In their email, it says you should receive a refund and if not contact your bank - they’ll gladly help! This company scams to defraud its customers by false advertising products they cannot fulfill orders for and/or make same day deliveries as claimed. Their representatives are difficult to communicate with and speak very unclearly. There is a strong language barrier with their heavy dialect. They are deceiving and will try to have you agree to terms to which benefit them only. Do NOT waste your time or money with this company. They are a scam.

My brother sent flowers for my elderly mother for Mother’s Day. How excited she was but then upon opening the box WOW just WOW. DEAD flowers for Mother’s Day. I called the number and was told a fresh delivery would be sent arriving on Tuesday. Great, better late than never. WRONG. They were just as bad if not worse than the first ones. Save your money, shop a local florist!

Never order from here. I ordered flowers for my mother for Mother’s Day, and they looked nothing like what I ordered. They were hideous and sloppily put together. I asked for a refund because it was not what I paid for, and they initially offered only a 25% refund. I paid over $80 for something I did not receive. After I emailed back, they said they would refund the full amount, but instead they refunded only $5.64 more. Just go to a local flower shop — do not order from here. You might as well go pick weeds out of your yard. Totally a waste of money!!

My husband ordered my mom and I flowers from this company. The Mother’s Day flowers arrived on the wrong day. They were sent on Easter and the Mother’s Day order to my mom was never delivered.
Kind of odd to have a flower delivery company, especially on major holidays when you can’t even deliver on time.
