Been emailing this company since 4…
Been emailing this company since 4 August - still not got a reply - waiting for funds as I have encashed my pension - its like waiting for paint to dry. Not even had the courtesy of a reply, even when I said how do I make a complaint.
Been emailing and phoning for nearly 2 weeks. Cannot get through on the phone and when you do they say someone will call you back, but never receive returned phone call. How hard is it to transfer money from one bank account to another ?
If we treated our clients like they have treated me, we would be closed down!!

Had a pension elsewhere to where l currently work , needed help to get the Pension pot put into another account and Profile helped abd did all the necessary. Kept me aprised all the way through and now monies transferred into my Profile account. No stressing no problems.

The hold highly privileged information
The hold highly privileged information. On my highly selected email address that I shared with this company, after I shared my details with them, I started receiving spam emails non-stop and phone calls. The reason why I know it was them is because I hadn’t had spam issues and spam callers in a long time and at the same time. I shared my details with companies that hold this email address like HMRC, Barclays, etc. where Data protection is their priority. I would think that an investigation should take place as they have extremely privileged information.l and why are we trusting them with our information.
