This company is very frustrating

This company is very frustrating. They have an online shop in Spanish and English. I tried to order some products from them and they were incredibly frustrating to deal with. It would seem that they do not want to sell their products. I have ordered from a number of online food companies in Spain in the past and they were easy to work with. However, this company needs to get its act together. They have so many rules for ordering that I just gave up and spent my money elsewhere.
