I did the trial, then wasn't able to cancel during my trial period. I sent evidence and screenshots of this but I was not refunded. Seems it was done on purpose. Mary didn't even attempt to cancel it on her end after my emails. It eventually worked after money was taken.

The site feels outdated and there are hardly enough jobs to justify paying for a subscription. I signed up a year ago and forgot about it. A year later, the auto-renewal kicked in with no warning or notice. When I tried to get a refund, they refused and hid behind company policy, even though I was clearly owed one.
In the end, I had to go through PayPal to get my £47.99 back, which took forever. Honestly feels like they know the site isn’t bringing in enough genuine users, so they rely on catching people out with auto renewals.
