Ordered a Akai MPK49 and Propellerhead Balance late on a saturday evening, Order arrived 48 hours later in great order, would order again online, i also used their online customer service chat, which worked very well and was given very informative information which help me ordering the right products for what i needed, Thanks Guys n Dolls. You're always greeted as you walk in. They do their best to beat competitors prices, and have always suceeded (and often undercut them). The staff are friendly and helpful, and the showroom is well looked after, with demonstrations of pretty much anything that's newly released. They are always my first choice for anything music related.

I have known and trusted the staff at the production room for years. They know when to express and opinion and when to listen to yours. They let me demo kit at their store and I am always confident that I am making a great purchase. They'll price match pretty much anyone if they can. Whenever i have had any issues with my set up they have always gone above and beyond to offer advice and assistance. The sales team are all home studio enthusiasts so can speak with authority on the product range they stock. A truly refreshing retail experience.

i use production room a lot and the staff are top class and have an endless amount of info between then if ur un shore in a peace of kit there more that happy to take time to discuss ur options they ask u wat ur wonting to do and wat ur trying to achieve then they will prompt u in the right direction they never
try to sell u something you don't need and they always work with in ur budget and find u the best that u can afford
I would alway send my friends there if they ask me were to get the best kit from . i resonantly got the s2 from there and the info i got while talking to them about it was 100% and by the time i got home and took the controller out the box i didnt even have to read the manual as i was should in shop how to set up and the basic lay out with everything the told me i was able to bang out a sick set the same night so to some production room up 100% guys keep it up ow sorry about the spelling but who need words wen u have beats to do the talking for u thanks again guy .

right guys i was in again with a friend this time had to leave my wallet at home didn't seen a nice little machine for beat making it was even called the machine i know they have been out for a while now but it was the first time iv been able to play with one got to say i was impressed everything right there on the controller no need to even touch the laptop or desktop witch ever you use anyway needing a new set of speakers so think il have to go bank before i go next time lol

The Production Room offered the best price for the microphone my son wanted for Christmas. Their website was easy to use and delivery was very quick

I had tried buying a focusrite scarlet interface online and found out they were out of stock so rang production room to ask about re-stock. They were extremely helpful and talked to me about alternatives which would be better suited to my specific needs.

They even gave me a great price compared to other online retailers.

I recently bought a Tascam sound recorder and a Rode mic from the Production Room. The staff were friendly, helpful and professional - getting me a great deal on prices, ordering the kit in quickly and letting me know when it had arrived. They also let me spend an hour testing out another mic for comparison in the shop - and were very relaxed about the whole thing. I would definitely recommend them and I won't hesitate to go to them again as and when I need more kit.

I ordered two Tannoy monitor Speakers late one afternoon,,,i recieved these at 8:30 the next day! That is what you call service! Hassle free, good communication and excellent service!

I recently went to the production room to enquire about the numark mixtrack pro and was extremely happy i went there first. I got great advice and the products were excellent value. I got mics, stands, shields and headphones and I'd recommend them any day. The staff are experts and know their products. Plus they're really happy for you to "try before you buy".
They even helped me sort out a taxi home (I only went in to look but ended up getting a lot of cool stuff!)

I went in for advice on buying a new traktor product, there was someone on hand to offer advice about both Traktor & Serato, as well as giving me hands-on demos of a massive stock of all the latest gear.
