Disgraceful lack of service!!!…
I called to report a TV fault its now been 11 days,3 more calls ,in a queue for 1 and 1/2 hours today so far.
How does one get a reply.
Apparently the operative who eventually answered the phone last week has sent 3 emails to the underwriters,if they ever decide to contact me,an engineer will try and talk me through a repair on the phone!!I wish him luck with that ,then will come out and If I need a new TV it will be delivered and left with me as they dont install it.Will I renew my 3 products that I have insured with them???What d you think?Disgraceful service ,sorry lack of service.
I was recently widowed and rely on my TV for something to do.
