I was sent defective football boots
I was sent defective football boots. I contacted the company immediately yet they appear to be treating the matter as a manufacturers warranty issue despite the boots being unworn, requiring unrealistic levels of photographic proof before sending me a returns slip to which I'm entitled. Despite sending them sufficient photos to show the boots are unworn and faulty, they still persist in requiring more. I think they want me to pay to return faulty goods they've sent out, which is not going to happen.

Paid for next day delivery at 11am for…
Paid for next day delivery at 11am for a pair of boots for my son’s birthday.
Get an email the following day to say the boots have been dispatched and will arrive the following day.
On top of that they won’t refund the charge for next day delivery.
Customer service agents were useless.

Expensive boots that arrived in…
Expensive boots that arrived in terrible condition. Glue stains, black marks dotted around and bits of leather coming loose at the toe cap. On top of this, took 2 weeks to process the return and give me my money back, won’t be using again
