A really positive shopping experience
A really positive shopping experience. The staff are knowledgeable and honest about the performance of their equipment. We wanted to change the set on offer with different sized pans and the chap that helped us did a great job of repricing it so we got what we wanted at a reasonable price. They sorted out our guarantee for the equipment there and then and have everything bagged and ready for us to collect at the end of the day. Simple, effective, transparent and reliable. Sounds easy enough but not a lot of places achieve this.
And the pans are excellent, we went with stainless steel rather than non stick and the performance difference is very noticeable!
