We bought quite a few items and the lady who helped us was great, she managed to get us a good deal on the items we bought, plus they had extra savings which was a bonus

Excellent customer service

The cast iron pans we bought seem to be…
The cast iron pans we bought seem to be of good quality and I really like the sage colour, however, the price we paid was different to what we were told. The lady in the store was lovely and helpful (all of them were), I asked about the sets of dishes and she advised that the 28cm and 24cm cast iron dish could be bought as a set for around £95, she showed us this on their website and told us they could do the same sets and prices but couldn’t display the sets as they took too much space. We decided to buy them there and then (we were originally going to wait a few weeks), I went to another store as the shops were shutting in 10 minutes and left my husband to finish off the transaction. When I came back to the outside of the store he told me he had to pay £104. I’ve since looked in the website and they are £95 (and some change) I understand it’s only £9 difference but it all adds up and this is not the price we were shown when we enquired. Nevertheless they look nice in the kitchen and the large casserole dish allowed us to cook some nice mince and dumplings for the whole family.
