I gave Procook 4 rather than five because I had to buy a full 4 piece dinner service to replace one broken cereal bowl. They are good but the inability to buy a replacement bowl lets customers down.

Good shopping experience
The staff couldn't do enough to help. They took pans out thay weren't on display and were very patient whilst I chose the ones I wanted. I haven't used the pans yet but the look good and sturdy hopefully last a few years

ProCook was different, the two staff took time to ask what my needs were and then to explain the pros and cons of each product, offer advice on which one would be best and also care and maintainance of it to get the best from it and for it to last years.

No replacements for broken bowl
I gave Procook 4 rather than five because I had to buy a full 4 piece dinner service to replace one broken cereal bowl. They are good but the inability to buy a replacement bowl lets customers down.
