Welcoming & friendly staff
I was looking for a particular product and while ProCook didn't stock it, the staff member who helped me was incredibly friendly & knowledgable, not just about the store and products, but the local area and baking more generally.
The store was also very clean, well stocked, and lovely to explore - while I didn't get what I'd come for, I did end up with a few other shiny new pans!

The service was excellent! I went to the shop at the Bentall Centre, and the sales assistant picked out the colours I wanted and was super friendly.
