We were looking for the best sharp kitchen knife, and the gentleman couldn't have been more accommodating in sorting out the best knife and also telling us all about it, including a demonstration of how to keep the knife sharp! Knowledgeable and friendly staff. The most important thing about buying an expensive product is being able to talk to someone who knows the product and can give the answers to your questions. The staff member that served us was very helpful, friendly and polite.
