Exceptional customer service and product
Exceptionally high level of knowledge and customer service when we bought Elite saucepans. The Man who served us was also very helpful kind and friendly. We are delighted with the saucepans which are what we expected from the information we were given.

Employees there super helpful, a man in a Nick Woltemade christmas jumper and another man who helps me pick out cocktail equipment (he knows who he is) helped me so much and the overall vibes in the shop were excellent due to the friendly employees, will be returning

Nice stainless steel pan
Nice stainless steel pan, 18/10. Haven't used it yet, but looks nice and heavy. Worth the price.
Update: We have now used it a few times and we are very happy with it!
Update 2: the pan has three nail cutting chips which shouldn't be there as we never use anything other than silicon or wooden spatulas!
