The toaster I required was in stock, and luckily for me it had a 20% discount. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The gentleman who served me went out of his way to explain about the product I purchased and as it was a knife put it in the accompanying box and wrapped it appropriately very good service polite and respectful.

I popped in on 18/10/26 to purchase some new kitchen scissors.
Nice clean well laid out store and most importantly i was greeted with a smile and dealt with with 10/10 customer service from the young lady, who's name i didn't catch, on the shop floor at the time. My new scissors are perfect so in summary a no complaints shopping experience in all areas and I'll definitely return if and when required.

Excellent Service from the staff member. I was asked if I needed assistance viewing kitchen knives in their cabinet.
I explained what I was looking for and the staff member went through the various uses of the knives and how to use them properly.
On making my decision the items were securely removed from the cabinet and wrapped appropriately.
Very pleasant helpful member off staff.

The Eastbourne store was beautifully laid out with a fantastic selection of tempting products. The staff member was very informative. I bought a stunning Acacia wood tray with handles as a present for my nephew. The quality of the tray is first class. I’m delighted with it.

Lovely, helpful, friendly service from a young woman in the Eastbourne store. She explained the different types of pan to me and helped me settle on a stainless steel stock pot which I have used since and is just what I wanted. There always seems to be some sort of offer on at ProCook and there was a great 20%-off-pans deal so I snapped it up. Plus the pan has a guarantee which is reassuring and the assistant gave me some helpful instructions for using and caring for the pan.
