Previous great experience.

We have been impressed with previous cookware we purchased from ProCook so decided to take thu plunge with a new set of knives.
Good offer and friendly staff helped seal the deal.

Excellent customer service by the girl in the shop. Nothing was too much trouble. Extremely helpful about lid loosening gadget, coffee mugs (only three in shelf and we wanted four, which meant a lot of extra work for her searching but she did it.) THANK YOU.
