Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. into the store to try knives from three different ranges. The attendant was knowledgeable about the products, able to answer my questions and provided additional information to help me make a decision about which product to buy. I left the store with a set of 8 Elite Aus10 knives. They had a similar design to the Professional X50 contour which I had initially thought i’d buy, but the Aus10’s were heavier and had slightly larger handles which I found more comfortable and were generally more comfortable than the Nihon x50’s. The Nihons looked the best, but I guess i’m just more used to a European blade shape and contours handles. All were lovely knives, but the Aus’s suited me best.

Horrible pans
Bought three stainless steel frying pans for £100. When I got home and cooked in them everything stuck to it. I didn’t know they had to be seasoned it wasn’t on the label i too the biggest one back to the shop to try and swop it for something else but I wasn’t allowed refused a swop. I know it was part of a deal so I understand. Please do your research before you buy stainless steel frying pans I wish I had.

This was more to protect my other shopping but wasn’t even offered.

The team member was great
The team member was great! The young lady had lots of patience when we were choosing our new dinner set, and made sure we got the correct colours on each item as there was colour differences due to the design. We were made to feel special and nothing was too much trouble.
