Shopped for new knifes but came away…
Shopped for new knifes but came away with a few extras. Shop and staff so clean and very helpful. On my way home forgot to get my bag full of goodies which they held for me whilst going on to get my other shopping. On line to them ( thank god for the phone number) I’m 80 so a bit forgetful. Excellent service from all your staff,especially the young lady. Remembering on Saturday who I was….WELL DONE.

Very helpful and informed assistant
Very helpful and informed assistant - Max helped me make a decision by describing pros and cons of each choice of knife and helped me make an informed decision by the end.
I am very pleased with my purchase and the help given.
It would have been further improved if he had advised/checked that I could store them correctly though, as I don't feel they should be stored in my usual cutlery draw section for knives and the box instructions don't give information regarding this, just how to clean them.

Knowledgeable person in store who fixed my purchase well answering all my questions and making suggestions on additional purchases and after care for the items I bought. I had been looking at them online but am very pleased I made the purchase in store instead as the service and advice were both excellent.
