Alex stood out for being proactive and consistent—he stayed in touch with me for months and actually followed through, which hasn’t been my experience with other recruiters. When I received my offer, he continued to check in and made sure I had everything I needed, which I really appreciated.

There is currently an onboarding issue with Paychex that’s delaying completion on my end, but I’m hopeful it will be resolved soon.

The consistency in providing updates. The whole team has been very communicative and provided great insights and tips as I went through the process.
