Good purchasing experience. I bought an helmet for my son which price was the most competitive around. They have a lot of stuff to choose from, and product information are exhaustive and clear.

no customer service provided…

no customer service provided whatsoever. Website broken links meant I was unable to modify delivery address, no answer from customer service email for both Italy and UK, and customer service phone line did not answer. By the time I received a response the bike had been delivered and it was too late.

Bad delivery time

The product was ok but I had to wait 2 days longer than the expected time and, in the end, i went to delivery warehouse to collect my order. For three days I’ve been calling the customer service number but a recordered voice was saying that they were temporarily unavailable.

Dear Marco,

Thank you for your feedback!

We were in delay with the shipping and your order from the 8th of January was shipped out only on the 10th of January. Please note that the delivery time is 3-4 working days for the italian orders with Bartolini. The delay was caused by the preparation process and it was not by any means the fault of Bartolini.

Our customer service is currently unreachable by phone.
As we have received a huge number of requests by e-mail until all those mails would be replied, we can not reply to any phone calls.

We are really sorry for the inconvenience!

To excuse us for the delay we've sent a free voucher for UPS Express shipping, for your next order, please check your inbox.

Best regards,
Veronika

Impossible to have a direct contact

Non one picks up the call at the customer care. No email or chat responses. Impossible to have a direct contact.

contatto@probikeshop.it

cosi potremmo rispondere appena leggeremo il Suo messaggio.

La ringraziamo della Sua comprensione.

Sportivamente,
Veronika
