I ordered a Thule bike rack and after 3…
I ordered a Thule bike rack and after 3 weeks phoned to find out why there was no delivery. I was told the courrier couldn't find my house and tried to phone then sent it back to the supplier. I had no contact from them at all. I asked for another but was told I need to get a refund and reorder. I tried to do this and the price was 130€ more, so I have given up with them and am buying the same rack at Feu Vert. Not to be recommended as any customer service non existent. If I had not phoned up they would have kept my money.

All OK...but at the end items were out of stock :(
All OK, including on time delivery. Nevertheless one of the ordered products was finally not available. I got reimbursed and a 10% discount voucher, which is nice. But I would have prefered to be contacted before my order is shipped to propose an alternative to the missing item.
