Very poor customer service prompt…
First contact was sharp and very prompt when making an inquiry for a custom exhaust.even had a reminder to not miss the appointment.took the vehicle in and they looked over the vehicle and told me they would be in touch. From there on they fell apart, waited 2 weeks for a response.so I called left a message no response, so I called again.spoke with reception they were polite and I was told they would find out and call me back by the end of the day.well I'm still waiting
leaving me with a a very Dim view on the company and a lack of customer consideration and professional
