Quick responses, effective care, and no judgement!

I was a little unsure about ordering online at first, but it turned out to be super easy and smooth. The doctor asked a few relevant questions before approving my order, which made me feel comfortable. I got my package yesterday, and it only took two days to arrive. Overall, a really good experience!

Update they won’t refund the full amount of 50 dollars they only refunded us 5 dollars now. What a joke of a company stay away!

Very disappointed with the service. I was told the product could be delivered almost immediately, but a couple of days later I was informed it would actually take a week. If I’d been given accurate information from the start, I could have planned accordingly. Poor communication and misleading delivery promises — not impressed.

Love the easy experience! Hate having another errand to run to. Love the convenience of getting my meds in the mail. Cost effective and same quality as anywhere else you would get them. Will continue to order from prjkt ruby in the future!

I ordered it and it arrived within 4-5 days. I started using it about 4 or 5 days after stopped my period. I never had any nausea, which was what I experienced 20 years ago when I first used it. Though I'm now using Junel, and I think I used microgestin before. I have not gotten my period, which is the point of my use. When I was supposed to get my period after I started using it, I felt like I was about to get my period at any moment, my stomach was sensitive. Never got it, great. Around the time I was supposed to get it again, no period, less irritation, more normal. I'm happy customer. It's also helped my digestion, although often, I really have to go. Also leg cramps but nothing too bad.

I’ve gone through ruby for years, every experience I’ve had has been quick, easy, painless and all around pleasant experience. Every Doctor and Nurse practitioner has been nice and friendly.

On browser, cannot add items to cart. Also, somehow my address was changed to a previous address and I have not received 2 orders because they went to the wrong address. No refund was even offered. Had to create a new order with expedited shipping for $59 and that order is still pending while I am out of meds.

Rates are expensive. Hard to navigate website at times

I love how easy it is to find my medication and have it shipped to me. The price is better than when I had insurance. The customer service is prompt and helpful and I feel like managing my endometriosis is easier with access to this healthcare.

They’ve been a reliable source of my birth control for years, no insurance needed! They help when I have questions and provide doctor consultations when needed. They also donate to other women in need!
