We have numerous rating factors that are used to calculate your premium which can change yearly and cause our price to vary at renewal. If you contact us about the price, we are then able to review your quote to see if this can be reduced in anyway, but a reduction is not always guaranteed. I was trying to cancel my auto renewal as I had a better offer, when I got through to talk to someone I ended up with a cheaper price than last year. I did say I wouldn't be happy if they came back with a better price as they should,ve given me that price to start with.
