Major outage, entire eco-system, all VPS, main website, contact pages, the company maybe disolved, I don't know, no active social media, no updates, nothing.

I've been using this service for two years and paid via my favorite crypto LTC, the privacy and quality of service is remarkable.

3 MAJOR OUTAGES FOR THE LAST MONTH (it's when neither your vps, nor their website and customer panel are not working more than an hour). It was a good vps provider couple of years ago, but now the quality and stability of their services are very low.
I'm losing money every second privex is down and no one will compensate this.
I'll never advice anyone to use privex – it is an unprofessional and unreliable service, you'll definitely lose your money/users/traffic during another outage

Excellent customer service and an easy registration process. They also accept crypto and make sure to give you credit for any payments exceeding an invoice amount.

I had an issue with my crypto payment using XMR and Rishi was able to help me fix my issue :)

It was basically a seamless experience.
As soon as the crypto transaction had 1 confirmation, the website recognized it and I had my server up and running in about 5 minutes after that.
They have clear FAQs and privacy policies.

At first when I saw their website I was very skeptical that it might be a scam because the prices were SO LOW and they had payment with crypto. I risked it and it payed off, their servers work for sure and they even refunded my request twice.
Their support is fast and helps you even if you are very new.

Using this service for a few months. Then the server suddenly shutdown (invoice was paid several days ago already, so it was not shutdown due to being unpaid). I immediately contacted Server Support to ask them to start it again (you cannot yourself, since there is no management panel). But after almost 24 hours, still no response and the server is still down, not able to ping the IP nothing... I hope they will respond soon, because it is hurting my customers a lot.

The staff members are pretty cool and fast at responding. They're also very flexible and transparent which makes me wanna choose Privex over other hosting providers but would love to see improvements on the bandwidth cap prices :P

Any time I have an issue, of my own making, they are there to help, fix , correct. Some of the quickest and best customer support ever.

I've got great technical assistance from @someguy123, CEO of Privex (on Discord) even though I'm not actually a customer.

He really knows his stuff and can diagnose an issue very quickly and provide a solution.

Been a customer for over a year now. Never had any issues and the support I received from the community Discord and often the CEO himself is outstanding. Actually the support he provided me with my servers goes beyond everything I experienced with other hosting companies. He even helped me to setup my own IPv6 subnet. I can only recommend Privex. Prices are fair and transparent. Support response time is quick. Even on weekends. Over the months I realised many private and corporate projects using server from Privex. They might not be the cheapest hosting provider on the market. But that doesn't really matter to me as the support outperforms any other hosting company by a million times. Keep going guys!

Anonymous - you only need to provide your e-mail. Ordering server is very easy - no account needed, just fill in a form and pay in crypto. Quick responses on issues, the best way is certainly to use their Discord server. I had just one issue (related to my Alpine linux server) and it got resolved in 15 minutes. If you need help with anything related to your server, you just ask on Discord and somebody will help you. The biggest upside (for me) is that they also offer cheaper servers that are ideal for running scripts.
