After you set up your account they start charging you a monthly fee whether you use their services or not. They ignored my request to deactivate my account. Then they had the nerve to send a debt collector after me for fees accrued for no service provided. Avoid like the plague.

The terrible reputation has grown for priservices during the time frame wich shows how unsatisfied many like me have been from the start. Now something like this happens where a handfull of months go by and i suposedly owe €77 to debtt.com

First i never recieved my parcel after paying multiple times even setting up subscriptions with unreasonable startup fees. Then i get asked to pay more money after the parcel arrives with them In order to send it. Then we exchange messages and come to a resolution where you tell me my account will be deleted , and i agree to dispose the parcel aswell as my account.

And now were speaking about a large debt that i cant pay quite easily and i never once knew about ? Summs up priservices they even have a debt collection set up to rince us more money like they always did. Shame to debbt.com for allowing their debt collecting services with such scammers

Rape your wallet with fees, step-by-step and then they stamp a massive final shipment price. You can't take out your money from their e-wallet, and you can't add a custom amount (minimum 25eur). Wouldn't be surprised if there was a account termination fee. Plus they probably sell your data, and you also have to ID verification before they allow you to send anything.

Bunch of scammers, contact is almost impossible and they keep asking money and sending bailiff. Also impossible to undo your subscription at these scammers.

After my business partner had an account for more than one year with this company, we received this morning a mail that her account is closed by immediate. Reason for that is “money laundry and support of terrorism” that is ridiculous and very bad and just because she has an Iranian nationality. Be aware people!

Don't do business with them as you are going to support a bad company.

Worst scammers ever! Will try to get money out of you via a debt collecting service even long after cancelling their substandard service.

scammers!!! cancelled account, but continue to debit money. contact is nowhere to be found respond barely to not. bad service do not fall into it

This is another less than one star. Not good quality services, poor organization, bad communication... this company give you the impression that their are scammers. They try to charge even if you already cancel you account.

Very bad services indeed.

This company offers postal services for too much money and too little service. Important letters are being scanned days after they arrive and send days later, we have been waiting for over 2 weeks of some important post and it happened many many times after just as many complaints, they don't care about your business just their money, do not engage with this company.
