Do not waste your time with this website. Product descriptions do not match the product. I ordered a faux leather jacket in green and got a polyester gray jacket. None of the pictures even matched the jacket I received. The return process is a joke. I am going to donate the jacket.

I ordered a Jacket which they sent without any notice 2 months after cashing my $$, to my disappointment the Jacket was not a xXL which I ordered but an extra small and when I emailed Customer Service they were condescending and acted like I was crazy!! Do not buy from this Chinese Company, Temu is Much Much Better!!

Wish I could give a negative 5-star review! I bought two men's pants. They sent a different size, much smaller than the actual length. Upon inquiry, they mentioned that in their country, this is the size and refused to return or replace it. They also advised me to send the pants to my friends who can use it. most interesting part, "Please kindly note that because clothes are products that are in intimate contact with the body. Based on the principle of being responsible to all customers, please understand that we do not support exchanges currently."

Product is terrible quality! Looks nothing like the pictures shown on the site. Customer service is even worse. I have been trying to contact them for over a week to return the items for a refund, with no progress.

The product is of dismal quality. To call it garbage is an insult to garbage.
They have a return policy, and I messaged them three times with all the information they specified. They never replied. I wish that I would have checked them out before ordering. It looks like no one has had a positive experience with them.

Don't buy from this company they do not give refunds or exchanges just suggest you give the items to relatives !!
They also ask for pictures of yourself with a tape measure to prove your size !!

KEPT GIVING EXCEUSES WHY THEY HADNT SENT MY ITEMS. HAD TO GO TO CREDIT CARD COMPANY TO GET MONEY BACK. THEY DONT SEND ITEMS OUT AND DONT ANSWER EMAILS. DONT ORDER FROM THEM AS OBVIOUSLY THEY ARE EITHER ABOUT TO GO BANKRUPT OR ITS A TOTAL SCAM.

The shirts are UNWEARABLE as they not made of ordinary clothing fabric you would want touching your skin. They are 100% industrial weave polyester, like a flag, or a road safety vest. They have no tailoring; it's a square cut of industrial fabric. They do not honor their return policy. Scam.

Terrible quality products. Images on website not at all representative of cheap poorly made shirts that arrived.

Cheap Chinese crap. File a chargeback claim and get your money back. The shirts aren’t made to industry standard. Cheap Chinese fabrics. Shirts are short. Made for short Chinese people. Not grown adults.

They try and tell you the shirts can’t be returned because they’re intimate apparel. They aren’t underwear. They aren’t intimate apparel.

File your chargeback before they go bankrupt.

Ordered two shirts that appear to be made of a woven fabric. In fact, it is simply a print of a photo of a woven fabric. Unable to return the shirts and obtain refund as printrendy do not respond to messages left or emails sent. They are a complete scam!

Just like everyone else. Wrong size, wouldn't allow returns.

I received my order and did not like the look/cut of the clothing, so I emailed them to process a return. They gave me the run around, only offering 30% return if I keep the order, telling me I could instead give the clothing away to someone. They refuse to allow me to process the return of these items.

I bought shirts from this company. The quality wasn’t good. When I asked about returning them they offered 30% off but I said no so they then offered 50% off. When I refused that they said “return to our warehouse in China” even though these items shipped from Michigan.
I am not happy with this exchange and especially the quality.

This online business is a total scummy scam I ordered a 1/2 zip cotton blend hoodie and received a garbage silk like hoodie that looked nothing like the picture that was advertised no customer service only emails which don't make sense when you read them and wanting me to pay for returning the wrong Item "DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BS BUSINESS"

Beyond rubbish. Please NEVER EVER buy from this scamming company. Spent $270 on clothes which are not as described and all of the clothes are see through, not good material and quite frankly will be thrown away or put in charity shop. Terrible quality - warning NEVER BUY from here!!! Worst purchase I’ve ever done.

Definitely a scam. Took my money for an item and that was the last I heard from them. Despite messages and emails to them, they ignore everything. Avoid at all costs.

This website for clothing is a 100% total SCAM and I intend to report them to the FTC. DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM THEM. There is no customer service. There is no one to call at this company. It is managed by Messenger. The phone number they gave to my Bank was fake one and not in service. I totally intend to file a dispute. Buyer BEWARE check reviews with any company before buying
