I bought one of these from printerland and I am fairly tech savy.. never thought I would need instructions however the ones they send are utter useless dont tell you how to do things...
My machine will not scan and will not email did not realise until I needed to send my vat docs in after getting rid of old printer safe to say its going back to PrinterLand - I would recommend no one waste there money on this rubbish brand!!!

Needing a new laser printer for the office and having done some research I still had some confusion over prices, brands and functions. Found PrintKit on the internet and called them and received some excellent advice and information from someone who obviously knew what they were talking about and wasn't just reading it from the brochure! Plumped for a Kyocera printer, placed order online late afternoon and it arrived the next day. Great printer, fabulous service.

Not a premium phone number, phone answered by a person. Knew the product I wanted, checked it was is stock, recognised us as an existing customer, no delivery charge, took the money total time less than 3 minutes. Ordered at 4:30 pm but still arrived the day after. The only thing they could have added to improve our customer journey was a chocolate biscuit. Please use them they are wonderfull

The young lady who answered my call was cheerful and friendly which was very welcome. She was knowledgeable about the products and offered a first class service.

The price quoted was one of the lowest on the internet for this product.

I have been buying a fair few printers in the last couple of years, and since finding Printkit I wouldn't buy from anywhere else.

good price prompt delivery and correct order

I purchased the Kyocera FS-C5100DN printer from the printkit.co.uk for £305.56 inc. VAT however, I found some other sites selling it £284 inc. VAT with 3 year Warranty and free black toner.

I received the item on time but it was without any toner so wasn't able to use it, and had to purchase
the toner from them again which cost more than the printer price itself.
