I Ordered 3 diamond dust canvas as a gift for my son and daughter in law.. Joe sent me a preview of one of the photos and it looked really good, but when they arrived, Wow! I was blown away.. the pictures are absolutely stunning, the sparkle on them is beautiful. Can not thank them enough and the price was amazing.. I will definitely use printing bee again, i strongly recommend the diamond dust pictures for a wedding, anniversary or a gift for loved ones they are really beautiful.. thank you so much!

I chose Printingbee, as my sister is unexpectedly having to say goodbye to her dog today. I wanted to get her something to remember him by, as a gesture during this heart breaking time.

The Printingbee site claims to offer next day delivery (for a cost of £10). The artwork looked lovely and the prices weren’t stupid. So on Friday I placed an order and paid the next day delivery charge. At first it seemed very promising - unfortunately I made a mistake on my order, I realised almost straight away and reached out to them. Their customer service team were very helpful and responsive. I explained the situation and asked when I should expect to receive my order. I was told it would be sent out on Saturday to arrive on Sunday.

Sunday comes around and I have no updates from them, and on the website my order still shows as unfulfilled. I try messaging and emailing them - to no avail.

I even went on their Facebook page and tried the mobile number on there. Whoever owns that mobile number claims that it is a private number unrelated to the site.

It’s now Monday and I’ve heard nothing from them. My order hasn’t arrived as promised, in fact it’s still showing as unfulfilled. I’ve not had any communication from them still.

I don’t like to write poor reviews if I can help it, but I do feel let down by this company. I understand that it’s tough running a small business and sometimes things don’t go to plan - but it’s not in good spirit to not even let the customer know. As a result, I had nothing to give my sister when I went to say goodbye yesterday.

**update** I have since been in touch with Joe from PrintingBee, who was very helpful and issued me a refund for my delivery fee. It seems the problem lies with DHL, not PrintingBee. I have now received my order and it’s really beautiful. So I’m updating my review to reflect this.

What an excellent business!!! Communication and service was impeccable and nothing was too much trouble. The print has arrived and is absolutely amazing!! Highly recommend

We ordered a large picture of our dog who we had recently lost. On arrival I was honestly anxious about opening up the parcel. It was Amazing. We as a family are all so pleased. It was really emotional. It’s a wonderful keepsake for us. Thank you guys so much .

What a beautiful picture they offer, when I received my print I cried, they captured our family dog that sadly passed incredibly well, considering its personalised it was delivered very quickly and the price was more than reasonable, this is a present for my dad, what a beautiful sentimental keepsake, thank you so much ⭐️

Absolutely love our dog watercolour portrait. Great communication, quick delivery.

The communication was spot on, they responded very quickly.
When the portrait arrived it was fantastic very detailed. The present was for my mum and she was amazed by it with the detail and how it turned out.

Delivery was quick well packed and no damage. would defo order again.

Ordered a photo of my dog who recently passed , it took a while to come around a week which wasn't a problem along as it was right and what I wanted , turned up with the wood frame damaged and un-usable. Had to buy a new frame myself for the photo and printing bee then refunded me for the price I paid for the new frame.

**Update! I’ve had a very apologetic email from the CEO who has refunded in full and is sending out the portrait with the correct eye colour and hopefully frame. This gesture is much appreciated and has restored my faith in this company again.

Something has changed with this company. This last purchase (which has been disastrous) was our third this year. The first two orders…superb. This time, the portrait sample came through to say it was getting ready for dispatch, we spotted the eye colour was wrong and immediately emailed to say so. No communication to confirm message received. Next thing we know, item dispatched and took days and days to arrive. It arrived and guess what…..wrong eye colour! To add insult to injury, the frame ordered was black and we got white. I emailed immediately to say how disappointed we were that our message about eye colour had been ignored and we’ve heard nothing. Given that our first two orders were fab, this experience has left us totally confused and frustrated. Something significant has changed with this company in recent months and their customer service is non existent. The uk telephone number is out of service and emails are not answered…very poor.

Like others, if I could give zero stars I would.
Ordered a framed picture as a birthday gift and heard nothing.
I emailed twice as was ignored and I also sent a message via their chat service and still nothing. Had to do a charge back via my bank in the end.
I can’t work out if this company is a scam, despite some few good reviews or if their whole service is very poor.
Went elsewhere instead and I’d advise others to do the same

Would give zero stars if I could. Placed my order and when it did not arrive I contacted them. I received one email in reply to several, saying that my item had been re-shipped with next day delivery. That was 4 days ago and I still haven't received the item. I have emailed two separate email addresses, tried a 'live chat' and have also contacted them via instagram. All with no response. It is clearly a scam site as my money was taken and I have received nothing!

Ordered a framed print for a birthday present, when it got delivered the parcel had been so poorly packaged that the whole frame had snapped into 5 pieces. They said they’d send me another one which didn’t happen. Go elsewhere if I was you…

Little delay with picture, great customer service as problem with printing they gave me complementary next day delivery. Finally product, watercolour of our dog that passed. Fantastic product fantastic picture, couldn't ask for more.

Still no correspondence after emailing over 5 times! No sign of the order what a disappointment

Heartbreakingly, we lost our beautiful boy George in May. I sent a photo and ordered a framed print and I cannot tell you how glad I did. It is absolutely perfect and genuinely looks exactly like him, even down to his eyes. It has pride of place in our living room and we will definitely be ordering again. Thank you again, you’ve made a hard time a little easier,
