I ordered a st paddy's day fleece several months ago, & I am still waiting yet, so obviously a Scam, have warned family & friends about them.

Printi.com for weeks promised that my orders would come. Once they arrived they were wrong and 1/100th of the quantity that had been paid for. Vistaprint said that they would look into it but miserable failed to honor their word. This has been the worst experiences me and my company have ever had with a vendor.

Needed to print few brochures for an event. The customer service is OUTSTANDING and the quality of the prints awesome! Thank you Printi team, I will be back in business with you for sure!

I made a request on 12/9 with delivery forecast 01/4 and until the moments after hundreds of emails without response the company says that it is in process were $ 170 and no return in my email please give back my money or give me my product # 1284895 my order

I used them for the first time over the thanksgiving holiday season for the first time. My order was delivered quickly and looked amazing. I'm excited to use them again but I'm not sure they will be around much longer.

I don't like to give reviews online but this is the WORST customer service that I ever experienced! They don't respond to calls and just cancel your order. I'm very disappointed as the other customers on this review platform. Do not waste your time with this company. What a shame.

I am so VERY disappointed in this company. They do not answer their phone. And even if you leave messages, they do not return your calls or emails. I don't believe that they even deserve one star. This is so horrible. A client paid me to print their magazine a month ago and I have not been able to reach these people at all. Now everyone is looking at me like I am the one in the wrong. I did my part, now what about them? I think that this is so unfair. I will never use this company again and also report them to BBB because this has got to stop.

Stay well away from this company if you don't want to ruin your professional reputation, lose your clients and waste a huge amount of time and energy chasing orders all the time. So many orders are not produced at all and a month after the order has been placed nobody knows what is going on.. A nightmare service with a buggy website and non-functioning system. Refunding orders doesn't help so if you need a reliable printing partner, run! I would be better off printing in China..

I have been using Printi formally Pixartprinting"italy" for years now. Pixart which has outstanding quality control has what seems given the company over to people that can careless about quality in the USA. I have had countless issues with orders and every-time they say sorry and fix it. Why not just have quality control form the start? Why are YELLOW splats on all your booklets, why are all the spines always broken? I would use this printer if you plan on giving your clients trash.. If you seek quality go somewhere else.

Ordered an 11x14 glicee print of a digital art file. While image quality was acceptable, the card stock was rolled into a tube in shipping, creating folds throughout the image, making it unusable. It looks like someone rolled it up and sat on it. This could have been avoided by flat packing the print and shipping it in an envelope. Very disappointing result for a $20 print. Will not be using Printi again. I don’t have time to risk a reprint before Christmas.

I had trouble getting my document to meet printing standards (all my fault). The customer service associates were so nice and helpful while I tried to work through the issues on my end. They offered to help in multiple ways (without charging me for it). Once I finally got it right, my brochures were printed and shipped quickly. Prices were better with Printi than with other companies, including local companies. I received my order within the promised timeframe and it was exactly as I expected. I will definitely reorder from Printi in the future. They met or exceeded all expectations.

The support I received was excellent. Questions were answered quickly. The order was created and shipped within a week. Great product !!

I ordered 1000 book marks. Printi was very helpful with the formatting so they came out the way I wanted. The turnaround was very fast after I approved the design, and the price was excellent. Very satisfying experience.

I've been using Printi for all of my design projects!! Printi is amazing, quality is outstanding, customer service (Nathalie) has gone above and beyond to help me every step of the way.

I would highly recommend Printi for all of your printing needs!!

I can say to be 100% satisfied with the quality of the print and I'd be happy to print again on Printi. My 4 stars is because their interface system could improve: I booked my booklet with a faster/ more expensive delivery to be sure the package would have arrived before the weekend (as shown in the info of my order) but when I got an email that was confirming my order, the date of delivery switched to the Monday after!
Luckily their customer support email service worked fast to fix this and guaranteed the delivery on time, it actually arrived even earlier than planned, so I can't complain. But the interface program needs some fix or the next time I might risk a heart attack!

My booklet came out perfectly. The picture and paper quality was exactly what I was hoping for, and the delivery was quick. Highly recommended!

Price, quality, and turn around of products are excellent.
