I chose a particular colour laser printer on the basis of online reviews. The printer was compatible with MacOS but it turned out only through AirPrint which is not ideal. Printerland rang me and talked through the options and I settled on another printer that I am totally happy with. That’s what I call customer service. Brilliant.

I tried to order an HP M283FDW on line. I got a very helpful call from Luke to tell me that the model had been discontinued so no new stock could be ordered. He suggested switching to an HP 4302DW, which was the up-to-date version and actually cheaper than my original order, and included more toner! The replacement invoice was sent straight away and the new printer arrived on time and does the job perfectly. Excellent service!

Had to replace a printer for the office, but needed one with great scanning capability.

Initially chose an HP unit which had the spec I needed but turned out ot be a discontinued item. Matthew on sales contacted to tell me and to recommend a newer model that actually turned out to be more affordable so went for that.

Great price and specification with excellent support and follow up. Would definitely recommend!

We ordered a new printer for our florist department unaware of what printer to order we chose one similar to the printer we already had.

Luke reached out to us and was honest and upfront about the printer, whilst it is a great printer it had limitations and he would recommend the next model up for a better all round experience and to meet the demand we were needing.

Having already despatched the printer Luke advised us to reject delivery and he would get a refund issued to us when it arrived back to them, whilst we ordered the new printer.

This was all sorted quickly and We had follow up from Matthew just to make sure everything was going okay.

Brilliant service from both Luke and Matthew, we will be back again should we need any more printers down the line.

The team contacted me following my online order to confirm details and advise on a few matters about the printer which was very helpful. The printer was delivered in 2 days and there were no issues on setting up. Printer works fine as per the description.

Went online with Printerland to look for a replacement printer for an old (and expensive to run) laser printer. Used the chat function and was recommended a product that was more expensive than I was originally considering but worked out better as it had a cash back option. It was 4.30 in the afternoon yet still managed to get next day delivery. As a small business I really appreciated the help from the online expert. Would highly recommend Printerlnd.

Bought myself a Kyocera printer aka a lemon as is not fit for purpose as described, and I am being pushed between Kyocera CS and them back and forth to sort the issue and cannot return it due to discarded packaging. I was willing to accept a partial refund being my fault but nope 👎 never again printerland nor Kyocera lemon printers 🤷🏻‍♂️ 1072£ for a lemon Jesus Christ, I could not make this one up

As usual arrived on time, easy to order, plus contacted by telephone to suggest another printer at the same price that I might prefer, I did! Also, they promise to price match, not sure why, I've always found them the cheapest anyway...

Fast and efficient and also very good advisors: recommended an excellent printer last year ... and less expensive than the one I'd been considering. Really good experience!
