we are very surprised of finding this opinion suddenly on trust pilot.
Is not ethic to write this and still coming to our clinic three years still december 2022 doing 43 services with us.
Is a big lie the fact that we dont speak english, because the true is that we do. Anyway, if we have to be rude as you , seeing another complainments writen by you...WE ARE IN SPAIN. So its not obligatory to speak in english, but if you come here to live you are the one that need to speak in spanish. (not the opposite). Otherwise, we attend also in english just because we want to have a better service.
There was only one time that the coordinator responsive of mailings and social media was on holiday, and answer you in english by email that please contact we recepcionist because wasnt able to help you in that moment. So please, is also a lie that we dont help by email. Because always you have an answer and we can demonstrate.
So, you can get in comunication with us by email, our social media, by phone and also by whatsapp (the most common). Its strange that having so many areas for comunication for you is hard to get in.
We are very upset with you, because every time you have come to our business you have been very welcome and attended in the excellence by all of our members.
