My daughter ordered a few dresses. Super fast delivery and exactly as advertised.

Update:While I stand by the sizing I have been advised I can add the other return to my Refundid return for no extra cost and I have done that

———————————————————————————- Clothing is ok but sizing is never correct. The sizing chart is what I follow and the thing that recommends a size and clothes are always either huge or too small and I always have to return most of it- very inconsistent-

Also to accidentally missed adding an item to a return and so I reached out less than 12 hours later because you have to pay shipping for each return - I want to return an additional item in the same box with the other items and they refuse and make me pay a second shipping rate even if it’s sent in the same box.

Unreal and no help in reaching out. Last time I order from them

Ordered from US because Australia sold out...Double set..shirred shorts top...50% Cotton...Price with shipping and discount $72...Product..SHEIN.quality..scratchy uncomfortable and the cut of the shorts..worse than Shein..crutch doesn't fit right waist doesn't sit right..fabric saving tactics...id expect a full crutch at this price..2nd Kinkirk pants..sold out bought overseas....Price with shipping and discount..$100.....cheap look weird..feel awful..again,crutch short,so no bending or sitting in these...think 3 washes..gone..will be putting on Depop..with tags...Return system...epic fail...lose so much money not worth..thank God I bought no more...Go elsewhere for quality..Princess Polly...throw away fashion. ..at an inflated price...Shop at SHEIN if you want paunchy waist,bad fitting crutch and cheap fabrics...their shorts are $6.The Models in their adds are anorexic making tight pants look baggy...you think yr buying loose fit pants and yr not...return, exchange?.. lose too much.$$.

Order was placed November 30 for Christmas gift. I would normally never buy from this site because it looks like cheap, tacky “fast fashion”. And I use the term “fashion” lightly. But the items were on a relative’s Christmas list and I wanted to gift her something she requested. It is now 12/21 and no delivery and no idea when it will be. Mind you, the product was supposed to have been dispatched from somewhere in California and only needed to make its way up the coast to Seattle. Not hard. Instead, it traveled around California, then up to Seattle, then instead of delivering it to us, they decided package needed to visit Texas where it has been traveling around for the last few days. “Customer service” blames the carrier and says gosh, sometimes this happens but not our fault. It doesn’t just happen. Shipping a package via USPS or UPS or FedEx from California to Seattle doesn’t take 3 weeks, ever. Apparently they sent it to DHL first for it then to be transferred to USPS, but I’ve also had DHL deliver packages to me from multiple foreign countries in far less time. TL:dr version = this company takes no accountability for making sure their orders are timely delivered. And the product even online looks like trash.

I love ordering from Princess Polly. I'm in the UK and it's SO fast (sometimes faster than UK companies). Can find some great pieces on here. Sadly it's very expensive for fast fashion as I think USA salaries are much higher. I'd buy so much more often if there was a local warehouse that enabled lower prices (£50 for a jersey bodycon dress is crazy money in the UK).

Items always arrive so quickly

Terrible customer service - you will get a different representative replying each time and you go all the way back to the start every time. They also don’t respect anyone who isn’t an ‘influencer’.

I ordered shoes from Princess Polly AUS and I was extremely happy with everything. Delivery took only two days and I live in Finland! No complaints at all.

Good quality and fast shipping. I’ve ordered heaps over the years with Princess Polly and have never been let down. Easy returns if needed and super fast delivery.
