Don’t wast money or time

I would give this company. 0 star. No products should be bought. This is a complete scam as the product you get you put in garbage. So please give your money to someone standing on the road at least you can feed someone in need instead of even considering this. Glasses. I bought and tried to return for credit since sept of 2022. Nothing.

I ordered a Quick Charger from them

I ordered a Quick Charger from them. When the product came there were 2 items, the charger that came was not what the one I ordered. When I tried to talk to someone about at the number I call the individual I tried to talk with did not speak English. So now I’m stuck with 2 products that are not what I ordered, they are not a quick charger.

I order a drone and it is a great drone and I called customer service and they was excellent and help me and sending me the right one out and they will help u and fix the problem no phone number on the package but still I get and excellent service

Ordered the Quadcopter

Ordered the Quadcopter, it arrived without the SD card reader. Made PrimeTrends aware of the defect and they wanted to charge me for returning the drone. They finally relented and sent me another unit and it arrived without any SD card reader slot or reader. I made them aware and they wanted to charge me a restocking fee if returned or a 25% discount if I kept the defective drone. Why would I want to kept a defective unit at any price and what happens when defective drones are re stocked, I guess they get re sold to the next sucker. I have taken this up with my credit card company and based on my proof, I know I will prevail. DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I placed an order almost a year ago…

I placed an order almost a year ago never received it.. tried to dispute it from PayPal and for some reason case was closed no return was made… phone never answer… left a message never called back.. more then $300 lost 😡

Horrible customer service

I ordered a dress in July 2021. The dress did not fit so I contacted (emailed) customer service to return the dress, It took several days to receive a response.They finally responded please send us a photo of the return package receipt and provide the tracking number. Once confirmed, we will process your replacement as soon as possible. I mailed the dress out the next day July 22. I haven’t received my exchange and customer service will not respond to my emails or online request on their website. I will never order from them again. Horrible customer service

I wish I could give them a negative or…

I wish I could give them a negative or 0 rating! I have had THE WORST experience with this company than I've ever had with any other online company! I ordered an item, to which it took forever to receive and requested tracking information. I didn't receive a response with the tracking info until the day before it arrived. Anyhow, I tried the item on, decided I didn't like it on me, and put it back in the package, tags still attached of course. I had reached out to the company via email and messenger inquiring about how to process a return, as there was no order summary or anything included in the package. When I didn't get a response in a timely manner via email, I reached out on messenger, only to receive an automated response that someone will look into my inquiry. I have still not received a response via messenger. Someone finally got back to me via email, only to give me pushback, asking why I want to return the item, asking to provide pictures and what was wrong with the item. I responded back and said there was nothing wrong, that I simply didn't like the sweater/style on me. Again, it took several days to receive a response, only to be told that I cannot return an item simply because I don't like it. Ummm, excuse me??!!!! I was also provided a link to their return policy. There is no information in their policy that would disqualify me from returning this item, other than the 10 day return time to which, if I had received a response in the proper amount of time and provided instructions for returning an item, it would have been returned within the 10 days! This is what I stated in my last response, which was several days ago and have yet to receive another response! I have also tried calling the company probably about 6 times now, only to get an automated response that all sales reps are busy and to leave a message, which I did, and have yet to receive a call back! This is THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever received from an online retailer! I order ALOT online and have NEVER had this much difficulty with a return and have NEVER been told I can't return an item simply because I don't like how it fits! Seriously what the heck??! You would think at the very least, they would offer a store credit! This item cost 137.00! I honestly cannot believe that companies can get away with this crap! Absolutely disgusting! Buyer beware!

If I could give a zero I would!

If I could give a zero I would! I purchase a $115 purse from them in July and never received the item. I have tried to contact them numerous times and no one has ever gotten back with me. Do not purchase from this company, they are a rip off!

First time they lost my package but resent new very quickly and the purse looked great. If i wanted something basic and fast I'd go to Amazon or Walmart really. But I wanted smth special, enough with basic already

Do not buy from them!!!

Do not buy from them!!!! Item never came! They made an excuse it was missing in the mail. After that all phone calls and emails have gone unanswered. Its been 2 months. Horrible website. Scammers. Items come from China. Do not buy!!!!! Save yur money

Okay here's the thing

Okay here's the thing. It DID take AGES to arrive. Ordered back in March and was frustrated having to wait over a month! But it was a mess back then with everything so... Ended up NOT regretting tho. They could do better with sizing (had to tailor my L) but I definitely love the variety

I ordered from this company, and they no longer have the item I ordered. They have ignored all my communications since they said they no longer offer the item and it’s been 3 months and no refund!!!!! Do not order from this company they are scammers!!!!!!!!
