WARNING!!!!!

WARNING!!!!!
DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT INVEST YOUR MONEY WITH THIS LOT. 1st up, they sent me 2 account numbers. I registered with one then they tell it's closed. I didn't close it. The 2nd one, which was supposed to be the actual one wouldn't register. My job put in over $100... it's nowhere to be seen. They've stolen it. The admin sucks. They talk over the top of you. They put in my birthdate wrong and to change it I've got to print out paper work, run around finding someone to verify that it's me, get and declare a stat dec. Really, they're full of shit. Don't trust your money with them.

I called PrimeSuper to discuss a sales…

I called PrimeSuper to discuss a sales letter from them.
The customer service agent was abrupt, and poorly informed with regards to whether PrimeSuper was a private pension fund or a government pension fund, they just kept repeating, in a very consdescending tone, no this is PrimeSuper. I assured them I was well aware of the name of the organisation and wanted to know about its classification. They then kept repeating themselves with regard to financial hardship and withdrawals despite the fact that I had acknowledged that and since asked about transferring the fund. When I once again reiterated that that was what I wanted information on they got defensive, offered no insight (perhasp becasue htey had none) and told me to check with the fund I would be moving to.
The attitude and tone of this individual was a severe let down to PrimeSuper, and no their curt "have an amazing week" comment to end the call did not redeem any of the previous lack of customer communication skills on the call.

Why was a "Selfie" requested?

Got a call from Clair at Prime, asking questions to validate my identity, Wen I was told "the trustees" had accepted my documents proving my identity. Clair asked if I had a digital identity...then requested that I take a Selfie with my Medicare card & letter of identity and send it to her. Weird request! I sent it to the usual email address. Still no movement or money received. My suspicion is that the staff at the Prime Sydney office are slow walking my application. I have been asked to leave my unit and the contents of my garage r under threat of being thrown out. Prime staff stated it would take 2 weeks to get my money, it has been 6 weeks since I applied. They advised me wrongly, so I had to re-apply, with their assurance it would be fast tracked. Lots of games. Advice: stop playing games & do the work at hand. Don't discriminate & stop gate keeping, so Mgrs can't b contacted.
