What a terrible site. No customer support just bots and live chat.

I deposited my funds and then realised I had set limits so withdrew it back. Now that I’m trying to do that I can’t seem to get it back. It shows as pending and it’s been that way for days. I did try contact live chat which was a bit and couldn’t answer my questions. I emailed them also to see what the hood up was. I have had absolute no response. This is very frustrating. Just give me back my funds I didn’t use.

Terrible terrible terrible customer service. I've got nearly £300 winnings in my account but until I cancel my bonus I can not withdraw and can I cancel it can I hell! I contacted them and no reply at all never replies ever!! Now I can not even play on the site as I get a message saying they need some info and to start chat with them which i have but no one Is on the chat ever!!! I've sent tons messages and emails not one reply nothing. Litrally no one works there??? Must be ran by a scam bot or somthing?!

Complete Con. Avoid. Deposited 10 pound and got my free spins. Played the 10 pound and won 23 then won 8 on my free spins. Wouldn’t let me withdraw any of my winnings and customer service basically informed me I have to wager the 8 won from the free spins but have to wager the 23 before I can do this. Basically I have to wager all of it again before I can withdraw ??? No other site does this.

Ive been playing on this site a while and had some good wins but since how they went on when they had a technical error (for days) and i couldnt withdraw my winnings and was getting no help from customer services at all . I am certainly steering clear of this site ! Signed up with this site, deposited 50 gbp never received my 50gbp bonus, nor would it allow me to play the 123 bonus spins that came with the welcome offer, played the 50 through n not 1 win over 5gbp. set up an account and hadn't read any reviews, depositied £160 and won £255. But when I click on my account icon I get the follwoing message "playsecure.skilldnsproc.com’s server IP address could not be found" I can only assume I can't withdraw and like many other have said is this site legitimate, still waiting for the, to respond?

AVOID. Never pay out. Games look rigged as when you are about to hit a bonus the page jumps so you don't get one. Spin Genie the sister site is the same

A sister site of Genting and I have been waiting for a response for over 6 days regarding a technical fault that is across all their sites. I have asked several times if real money winnings should credit bonus pot they do not listen or help and now keep getting told to contact them to no response.

Avoid site. Placed deposit and won only £40 but still a win. Sent ID and waited almost a week with no response despite site saying will email if problem. Live chat takes forever to get onto and get a response. Very unhelpful and will do anything to not pay out. Don’t waste your money with them.

Scam site with rigged games.Two days in a row deposited and played the same game not even one bonus.I can understand one time but on this site it's constant.They ripp your balance in a matter of seconds and later say ,,oh that's just being unlucky,, yeah whatever.
