Honest approach without any rubbish - fast and efficient

The guys at Prime are incredible. I had found a property through my off market campaign. It didn't suit me or my buyers but I knew John and the team would have a great exit for the seller and could suit their need of achieving the price they wanted in the time frame they wanted. The deal was handed to John and the property was sold less than a week later. John has a great way of dealing with clients and his team are on hand to follow through with seeing out the close of the sale.

Maybe key to this was that I didn’t have to deal with estate agents and their irritating sales patter! John was very honest with me from the start, and transparent about the seller fees involved in the auction process. He took his time to explain all the stages of selling at auction, and checked in that I understood them. I never felt rushed or pushed into making a decision when it came to reviewing pre-auction offers, and I was very happy with how my property was marketed (on all main online property sites). This was not my experience with John and his team. They were professional and transparent about all fees. They clearly explained the process. The focus was on achieving the outcome i wanted. In the end i sold my property and got above the Home Report valuation in less than 40 days.
