Ordered a part for my vehicle and received it in a matter of days. The box it arrived in at the local post office was damaged and after calling Prime Choice Auto Parts and explaining the situation a new part was sent to me at no cost and the Post Office was responsible to ship the original part back as They had damaged the box in shipping.

I have dealt with lots of auto parts supply dealers from all over North America, but these guys are probably the fastest in the business!

It is so easy to order and they ship very fast. The parts are all quality parts and they gurantee the parts. I had something broken in shipment, I provided them pictures of the broken part and a new parts was shipped same day to me. I use them as my first choice for parts and am comfortable I will not find the parts elsewhere at less cost!

Good service , quality is good . No problems in the three years I have dealing with Prime Choise. I will continue to go to the web site before any other. They have done good By me .

Mpackage was ordered on april 15/14, and was expected delivery date between the april 15-21, but didn't arrive until 25th, and when i received the package there was something missing, I contacted prime choice auto, and they informed me the equivalent of the pieces missing would be credited back to my mastercard. That would be good, but I had to travel out of town costing me approximately 30 extra dollars for gas, and the cost of the items were 3 times the price of what i had ordered, and I had to get it to get my vehicle back on the road.

Took my vehicle to the shop they told me I needed to replace the wheel bearing, part plus labor was going to be 6x what I got it for on Prime Choice. Took me a half hour to change it out.

It's nice to be able to buy parts at super prices for average people like myself who always can't afford auto part store prices thankyou

Overall I found my shopping experience with Prime Choice Very Good. The prices rival even ebay.com, especially when the free shipping is factored in. I received my order within a couple days and it was exactly as expected.
My only hurdle in the whole experience was with their web site and the sign up, sign in and place order functionality. Even the emailing seemed glitchy. In the end I had to call them to get the order placed. I would also like to see some more parts for my specific vehicle offered. Considering I have a Liberty, which is a fairly popular SUV, parts for it are very limited at this time.
I will definitely buy from them again, but I'll keep it to phone in orders for now.
