Deception and Disappointment

Our cooperation started with being told that the GPUs I needed were available. After I made the payment, it turned out that they were not available and that I would have to wait two weeks. In the end, the promised equipment was delivered only after 3.5 weeks.

Two weeks later, I somehow discovered that this company had attempted to charge my card twice for $3,000 without my authorization.

Most importantly, the port on the host either did not work at all or worked very poorly because the provider kept blocking my server.

I do not recommend this company.

The order was placed on November 14, and the server was delivered and made available in our Bucharest data center on December 3. This timeline is under three weeks, not 3.5 weeks. At the time of order placement, the requested A100 80GB GPU was subject to supplier lead times. The client was informed of this and agreed to wait for delivery.

To minimize any impact during this period, we provided a temporary replacement GPU (NVIDIA A40) at no cost, which was delivered the same day the order was placed (November 14). In addition, due to the additional few days beyond the initial estimate, we also granted two (2) weeks of free service as a goodwill gesture.

Billing: We do not see any additional settled charges beyond the two settled transactions associated with the initial order. If there are bank or payment processor notifications suggesting otherwise, we invite the client to contact us directly so we can investigate the matter with the payment provider.

Regarding connectivity, our internal monitoring and logs did not indicate verified or sustained network or port-level outages attributable to our infrastructure. That said, we always encourage clients to work directly with our support team so we can investigate and resolve any reported issues in real time.

We remain open to working with the client to review any outstanding concerns. Our goal is always to deliver reliable service and to resolve issues transparently and professionally when they arise.

Can't say a bad thing about Primcast

This company offers great services for reasonable prices. We like the option to paying Bitcoin. Whenever we have a server question or concern, they are always able to resolve it immediately! I'd highly recommend Primcast to anyone looking for hosting services!

NOT RECOMMENDED

0. They promised they will configure my server in 2 weeks but it took them a month.
1. They invoiced me several days too early
2. They didn't inform me about the invoice.
3. After few days they send me an email that I have unpaid invoice.
4. I contacted them immediately (15 minutes). I asked why they invoiced me too early. I was waiting for the answer while they turned off my production server.
Strongly NOT RECOMMENDED.

Primcast offers A+ service and products

I have nothing but great things to say about Primcast. The support staff is super patient. I've honestly sent them over 30 requests in one day to which they responded to all in a timely fashion and were very helpful. My account manager is awesome! He responds quickly and helps me figure out what I need for my business. I've tried other server companies in the past and NONE, I repeat none offered the quality of customer service that Primcast. Once I received a response to my inquiry to another company's support staff with an "idk." Needless to say, I never did business with that company again. If your looking for high quality dedicated servers from a good quality company, definitely choose Primcast.

I not recommended for anyone to use…

I not recommended for anyone to use this company. I've been using Google Cloud, Amazon AWS, RackSpace and different providers as well since long time ago, which means i do have enough experience with that field.

I came cross this company via google search. I already placed an order online for **INSTANT SERVER DELIVERY** and my account ID is 176110. therefore upon submitting my payment information I've been taken to my bank issuer page to complete my transaction which asked me for several security information including SMS code verification and i already paid 372.15 USD .

Then, I've been waiting for the server and received an email from `
Andrei Mocanu` which confirmed that my server under setup process and in same time i got an email from them asking me to provide the actual charge on my card which is 372.15 USD and 0.99 USD, I already provided it and have been waiting and then went in chat to check the ETA of server delivery. the guy which is `Bogdan Gherasim` said that my provided charge is not matching his records. and after a long chat. i asked him to issue refund and relax me from this long topic. but guess what guys ? i ended up with them to telling me for wait till Monday to get my money back. this is worst service ever unless you have time to waste.
