Horrible customer service! Rip off Artist

I ordered a 2700.00 fish finder thru Rakuten and unfortunately they sourced Price Break to fulfill the order. I ordered the item on 2/18 and it was received on 2/22. Upon inspection of the item it showed new but looked like a display model or used. Going through the package I noticed the 3D hub was missing(without this part the unit is useless). I contacted customer service immediately and was told that the warehouse is closed until Monday and they will call me with further information. After not hearing from them I contacted them to follow up. I was told that the missing item would ship out in 24-48hrs and I would receive an email confirmation with tracking information. I didn’t receive anything so on Wednesday I called and followed up. I got a 2nd rep and he said give them until the end of the day. I never got a response. I then called on Thursday and got a 3rd rep. After being placed on hold for 15 minutes plus he came back on the line and stated that they would need an additional 24-48hrs just to get me some information. Not that they would be shipping the missing item but they would give me an answer. Obviously at this point I’m pretty upset and made sure he was aware of that fact I asked for a supervisor. I was told “ No”. I asked why not and his response was “ What’s the point they’re just going to tell me the same thing”. At that point I said well I’ll make the determination if I needed to speak to a supervisor and I wanted the supervisor put on the line. After he argued and told me no several more times he said he put in a request for the supervisor to call me back. I stated that I would wait in the line for them. That’s when he told me “No you won’t”. I argued with him some more and told them it was ridiculous for them to treat people like this and especially since I had spent in excess of 2500.00 with them. Still waiting for a response. Horrible business practices with even worse customer service!!!! Never will I spend another dollar with them.

at Pricebreak.
Unfortunately, this is not the original product.
At first, it does not have the original logo of TomTom. Second, the plastic of the device is extremely soft. Moreover, the device was delivered in damaged form.
And the final, the attached device to the windshield glass of the car, fell down after 2 minutes.

WORST COMPANY IN NEW YORK GOES TO PRICEBREAK.COM, TOTAL SCAM!!!

They will send you a fake tracking number delivered on your same state, but different city. They were probably hoping their scam will slide through and buyers won't complain since after 35 days of not saying/reporting anything, that will remove your eBay buyer protection! Nice scheme!

If you do complain, message them a million times and don't hear anything from them. Try calling them and ask for a refund, they will tell you that they will ship the item to you and you will get the "right tracking number". Wait for a couple of days and 'Voila!' you will get a totally different phone that is not as described from their item description. Bought a new phone for the price of $216.99. Expect to get a cheaper version of it in a crappy packaging, opened and destroyed box. Besides that you'll see that the plastic protector of the phone itself looks like it has been taped by a 2-year old! Try and report the transaction to eBay they will favor this fakers because they gave the "right tracking number"!

Probably other people had a better experience than me with this company, but you will see from others who also gave them a negative feedback that they had the same experience!

No Order Received-Bad Customer Service

Every time I call I am told another story. When I ordered it said ships in 3-5 days. After a week I called and was told it would arrive that day, it didn't. When I called the next day I was told I should have received it and was transferred to a supervisor who said I would have it Thursday. I called today, Friday and was told the item is backordered. It has now been 2 weeks and I have no merchandise. Don't waste your time with this company!!!! I wish I hadn't! Buyer beware!!!

Damaged items

Got a bottle for the baby, the box was completely damaged, look like it had water damage and the bottle had scratches on it. looks like it was used but they stated new. want ME to pay to return it so they can exchange it. wont do business there again.

Took My Money & Ran!

Promised to ship in 1-2 days. Never did. ALL my emails ignored. Calling gets a "call center" who claims to know NOTHING! I am using Paypal to get my money back. 5 days & every single day they flat ignore my cals, my emails. BEWARE!

Don't trust their salespeople

Ordered a 'factory refurbished' conf. phone. Salesperson on phone said it came with all manuals and original packaging. It was delivered naked in a cardbord box.

Salesperson and manager refused to acknowledge and pointed to 'policy on website'.

About as lame a transaction as I've experience in the last year. I recommend shopping elsewhere.
