They are ripping people off and I will be speaking with the media about them. Don't trust them. They have no respect for Indians. If you don't believe me check the reviews. They only respond to white sounding names. Get ready to see them on aca soon

Terrible. Don’t book through them. In unfortunate event u want to cancel or change they make excuses and u loose ur money. Go online instead

Terrible excuse for a travel agency - let alone a business. We booked a flight that we had to cancel. Asked for a quote of the refund amount to be emailed. Waited 5 months for a refund and was told it would be 80% less! Had to threaten legal action and going to the ACCC. After several harried phone calls - finally got our money back.

Pathetic team of jokers. They say that they are in Melbourne and Sydney and they are based in a village in India. They dont know how to speak English and pathetic service. Never book with them.

Worst customer service if you want to make changes to your itinerary. Booking online is cheaper than booking from pricebeat. Don’t have minimum common sense to talk with existing customer I experienced one of the worst behaviour, very harsh. I don’t recommend pricebeat to anybody. I request all the people don’t get trapped here. Go with online booking, you have many options.

Cheap price = Terrible service. Don't expect any service if you want to make changes to your itinerary. Once they have got your money, you are pretty much on your own.

It would appear that this company does not practice good business principles. I booked a trip to Singapore and in the payment schedule it states 0%for Visa debit the invoice shows a $30.05 card charge. Contacting them I was told that was a charge by the airline. I persisted and was advised by Johny that the charge would be refunded. I have now contacted them 6 times and when ever I ring Johny is never available. I spoke with one person whose english I was unable to under stand, when I asked to be connected to someone I could understand she promptly hung up. I have also emailed the with no result. I have now lodged a formal complaint with NSW fair trading. fine number 985497 refers.

Price beat gave me a good price for 7 days travel to Bengaluru, India.

The only issue here was to get hold of the agent who helped you initially. They are all very busy and on call all the time so getting hold of the same agent is hard, but they do give back a call to you.

I recommend Price beat if you are ready to wait for your tickets to be issued as It is a long process.

Booked through skyscanner and they charged my credit card twice which was probably an honest mistake as we did it over the phone. However the process to get it refunded was a nightmare. After 3 weeks, it wasn’t refunded. Sent numerous emails to booking, customer care, info etc (all emails address in their website basically) and received zero response. Phone calls weren’t returned. After sending message via Facebook messenger and a warning to report them to ACCC, then I got replied and refunded. Really??? It doesn’t have to be that hard and frustrating experience. So stay away from this agent.

Terrible, Horrible customer service.
Please do not book with Price beat travels. Its my honest advice. I have checked the ratings before I booked with them and many told they charge more for change of dates, but tried my luck. I booked three tickets for $3018 which is cheap. It is good if we don't change the dates. but next day things changed and called them and asked to change the return date. they told it will costs $1800. I got shocked to hear the price and requested to check any cheaper price for flexible dates. again they quoted for $1500. Rep had sold the deal to me and never mentioned that the fare is "NON REFUNDABLE" in the phone call and it was written in the last part of the ticket. you should write on the home page of your website. To change the dates, I used to call the Rep daily and he never answers the calls. always somebody will tell that the rep is busy and will call you in 15 mins. but they call us after two or three days sometimes a week. so pity that these people are playing with money and not caring the customers. I am giving one star as we need to select min one star. very bad very bad service.
next time, I would prefer to book in the airlines website though it is bit expensive. If company wants to verify me please reply here to get the booking Id details.
