Worse booking agency I have come across.
I have spoken to maybe 15 staff so far for 2 different concerns and no one has a slightest idea of what customer service is, no one has a single clue what they are doing, I’ve been bounced from one person to another person, if they can’t help with your problem, they just hang up the phone. I have never faced such terrible service from anyone in my life, not just the airlines booking but any kind of service providers. I cannot fit everything here but please don’t make any bookings through these people, you will regret to your core. Absolutely disgusting

I purchased two flight tickets online from Pricebreat Travel for my official trips. After the purchase, I wasn't issued an invoice or receipt of payment I made. So I called them several times asking for a receipt. Every time I called them, the 'front desk' received the call and said the person I wanted to talk was busy and she would call me back. She actually never called me back in over a week during which I called numerous times and left messages. The staff members who received my phone calls (there were several of them) had serious problems in communication. Their English accent was seriously poor! I struggle to understand what they were saying ("English" in strong Hindi accent) and the way they spoke was quite unprofessional. I sent several emails to them requesting them that I needed an invoice as those were my business trips. Finally, the consultant who issued my ticket sent me an "invoice" which did not contain any information about my travel routes/itinerary. It was just the amount billed, not the amount I paid off. I called again several times with the same experience as stated above. Then I sent an email requesting them to send me an invoice showing the travel itinerary and the amount I paid for. After several days, I received a one line reply (with no salutation) simply saying that "This is the invoice we send to all passengers" (note, they used the term "passengers", not customers).
I ranged the agent several times and finally when I got the consultant (Harbinder) on the phone, I gave her my honest feedback but, clearly, she did not take my feedback and advice with any value whatsoever. As the invoice did not work for me, I had to download my bank statement to substantiate my claim to my employer (to prove that I paid the amount).
It was a worst customer service experience I have ever had. I will never think of this travel agent anymore.

I had booked my flights pre-covid, which was cancelled. It has been 2yrs and I haven't got the refund. No one has bothered to ever call or send information regarding the validity of my tickets or the timeframe till I can avail the so called credit. I have been calling them all throughout to get information. When I called them today they told me that my ticket has expired and there is nothing that can be done. All they want is the money and not provide the service. I will be complaining to the ombudsman as they have failed to provide services after charging me. They being my travel agent have the responsibility to update me of any information from the airlines regarding covid cancellation policies. Pricebeat travel agency's licence should be cancelled as they cheat their customers.

Very helping staff. During pandemic I was in touch with Asif on regular basis and he helped me a lot by attending my numerous calls. He helped me to reschedule my return ticket from India and arranged hotel stay for me in Srilanka during long stay.

I have purchased my tickets from this travel agency, There’s a guy name sajid who’s been looking after about my ticket bookings and a hotel booking. He is very polite and very professional, I would highly recommend this place and when you ring them just ask for sajid and this guy look after you in every way. I am very happy with his service. I booked my tickets to India with Price beat travels recently in December 2021 when the flights were uncertain due to Covid 19 Pandemic.
Mr Balesh from this agency, made the booking process quite simple and stress free.
He could manage to get a reasonable price for the return tickets to India.
My return flight from Delhi to Sydney (Jan14 2022) was cancelled at the last moment by Qantas airlines, but Mr. Balesh quickly secured another flight for me in an hour.
He assisted me with the country specific travel rules, regulations and documentations for a stress free travel.
I found him very reliable, professional and easy to work with.
I’ll be surely using his services in my upcoming trips.

Worst customer service experience! Will provide no updates on refund requested back in March 2020 due to Covid. Over $3000 out of pocket. Have referred this dodgy agency to the NSW Fair Trading Commission!

Price Beat (Cheat) travel agency is a big fraud and scam company. Travel agents working over there are so dodgy. Worst experience and poor service. Please read all the reviews on social media. Please don't attract to some of the paid reviews on Google. Please do your research and decide if you would like to proceed with Price cheat company. I wish I had read the reviews on here before I booked the ticket with this Cheat Travel agency. I bought tickets to USA and due to COVID am unable to travel. I contacted America Airlines and they are willing to give a 100% refund of the ticket but Price Cheat Travels are asking for $250 fees per passenger as admin fees to cancel the tickets and refund will take 10-12 weeks to process. They are trying to make money out of a 100% refund in these tough times. I am planning to take them to ACCC and Fair work ombudsman over ridiculous cancellation charges and other fraud services. Another thing is they will not send the ticket price invoice on the email, and it will over phone we need to transfer the full amount to their bank account. They will not issue invoice with details of the pricing also. I checked with America Airlines they advised the price much cheaper compared to this cheat travel agency quoted charges. Some reasons I haven't done enough research prior to my booking due to my personal circumstances. However, I would not recommend anyone this Price Beat (Cheat) travels. Regards to cancellation fee they have never quoted the price and it's not mentioned in the ticket or any of the email communication. So please avoid these scammer if you can. Thanks
